Black American:
- more apt to say "I'm Sorrys"
- chasing after the American dream
- gadget oriented
- more outwardly emotional
- more open to dating interracially
- more about lovemaking, less about sex
- feels the need to conform to white America in order to succeed
West Indian (raised/living in the Caribbean):
- more exposed to world cultures
- more sure of himself
- admittedly sexist
- less likely to say an "I'm sorry"
- less likely to date interracially
- more hands on in areas like growing plants/foods
- said to be more philandering when it comes to women
- more about sex, less about love making
- more proud of himself, and less concerned with society
- extremely focused on education
